Meetsysteem & Gijsje Heemskerk: Cr:GO, een oorsprong

The immersive lo-fi pop vignettes of Meetsysteem are composed by musician, producer and songwriter Ricky Cherim. Stylistically speaking, Cherim flirts with almost any popular style in The Netherlands  – from techno to hip hop to synth-pop – and bends it all to his own melancholic, whimsical vernacular. Tonight, Cherim will perform material from upcoming album Cr:GO with poet Gijsje Heemskerk. “An album about the anxious bubbles we live in, the contradictions of being a human being in complex times and warm dreams of an alternative universe.”
