Mattheis presents Het Jaar Rond

Trance is an electronic subgenre people widely associate with hedonism, but this Dutch innovator has a whole different approach. With his immense attention to detail, layered arrangements and hypnotic repetition, Mattheis creates gorgeous music that enriches multiple impulses simultaneously: just as conducive to listening, concentrating and reflecting as it is to dancing.
